Old Town Survival Supply offers Free Shipping on all orders with some conditions as provided below.

When you place an order with Old Town Survival Supply you can expect your order to be processed in one business day. Your products will then typically ship within 24-72 hours of the order processing. We ship using a variety of services depending on the order size and destination. Some orders may have items shipped separately due to their size or warehouse location. At this time, we can only accept orders shipping to physical addresses (no P.O. Boxes) in the Continental United States. We do not ship internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska.

Old Town Survival Supply with email you with a Tracking Number once your item(s) ship. Transit dates and times are provided by the shipper and are not guaranteed by Old Town Survival Supply. Delivery dates and times may increase during seasonal peak times, weather conditions, natural or man-made disasters and acts of God. Under no circumstance are these delays grounds for an order cancelation with Old Town Survival Supply. In times of high demand, delivery times may range from 14 to 28 days. Old Town Survival Supply is not responsible for any delays in shipments and increased transit times.

Any refused shipment will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and the customer will then become responsible for any/all shipping fees.

If we are using Freight shipments for heavier items, the above conditions under “Shipping Policy” will apply and additional fees maybe charged. All freight shipments will be shipped via a common freight carrier. All shipments will be shipped dock-to-dock unless otherwise requested. If any special services are required, the customer must notify Old Town Survival Supply at the time of placing the order or be subject to additional freight fees. Special services such as lift gate service, inside delivery, residential freight shipments or appointments necessary may be an additional cost to the customer after checkout. The customer understands that any additional services that are required after the product has shipped are completely the responsibility of the customer to pay.

The customer understands that they must also be able to receive the shipment when it’s delivered. Freight companies charge a minimum of $125.00 fee if they are required to attempt a re-delivery if the shipment was unable to be received and no one was there to receive the order. If the customer cannot receive the shipment for over 1 day, freight companies charge $50.00 per day to store each pallet that was unable to be delivered. The customer understands that they are responsible to pay any of these additional fees if they do not abide by shipping policies.
