HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

RETURNS
Sometimes there may be an issue where our customers may have been shipped incorrect merchandise, defective merchandise or damaged merchandise due to shipping. Old Town Survival Supply wants our customers to be 100% satisfied and offers a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. We will work with you to resolve your matter in a timely fashion.

To start the Return process, please contact us via email: service@oldtownsurvivalsupply.com with your original order number and the item(s) needing to be returned/replaced within 30 days of your purchase date. We will reply within 72 hours with instructions on how to return your item(s) to us. If we are replacing a damaged item(s), we will then provide you with an update as to when you can expect to receive the replacement item(s). If we are processing a return, once the item(s) is received by Old Town Survival Supply, we will refund you the cost of the product using the same payment method originally used to purchase the item within 20 business days.

PLEASE NOTE
For solar panel and generator products, there will be a restocking fee charged equal to the cost of return shipping of that product should a customer receive the generator and/or solar panel and then want to return it.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES
Damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced with a product of equal or greater value. For items with manufacturers warranties (i.e., generators), the customer is responsible for registering their product with the manufacturer and contacting the manufacturer if warranty work is needed. Old Town Survival Supply does not handle any manufacturer warranty information or repairs. Please refer to your owner’s manual or packaging for warranty information.
